We are passionate about classic cars and apply this to all vehicles in our care. We work closely with our clients to consult on the best way to restore and maintain their cars, be it a single car or entire collection. Additionally, we provide mechanical support for tours, rallies and international events/concours. Our down-to-earth approach is the reason many of our clients have worked with us for years, passing treasured vehicles from generation to generation.

Where possible, all Light Car Company services take place onsite in our fully equipped and modern workshop in the heart of Oxfordshire. Our experienced team has access to modern tooling but often the best way to preserve a car is through the understanding and knowledge of the way it was originally built, using the same tools and skills.

Nestled in the heart of Oxfordshire, our discreet and self-contained storage facility provides a safe and private space to store collections of cherished vehicles. Logistics support at every stage
Whether you are purchasing a car from abroad or need to transport a vehicle to another country, we take care of every element of the complex process of exporting and importing vehicles. We can help with arranging door-to-door logistics from anywhere in the world and help with customs clearance, VAT, tax, carnet, NOVA and UK registration. Our experienced team can complete a wide range of services from basic inspections, annual service work and MOTs to keep cars running perfectly. Our team has over 100 years’ experience in all marques of classic cars and motorcycles from the Sunday driver, right through to the classic Le Mans racer. We are able to source a range of rare parts through our network of suppliers and can provide a collection and delivery service if required.
